EU Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our withdrawal form here:

Withdraw from contract here

Once your request has been submitted, we will send you a confirmation that we have received it.

If your withdrawal request is accepted, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you are withdrawing from the contract. Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and function.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. If a prepaid return label is provided through our withdrawal process, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

We will refund eligible amounts using the original payment method unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. This may include the product price and, where required, the least expensive standard delivery method offered at checkout. Additional costs for expedited or non-standard shipping are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been shipped back to us, whichever occurs first.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to every product. Exceptions may include personalized/customized orders, digital products once delivery has begun with your consent, perishable goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, and goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, as set out under applicable EU consumer law.
