All items ship from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
PROCESSING TIMES+
In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 3-7 days after placement.
Group Buy Items: Processing times vary. Refer to the specific item page or visit our FAQ for details.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)+
Carrier: UPS Ground (1-5 business days).
Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Tax: Orders shipped to Pennsylvania are subject to a 6-8% sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA)+
Carrier: UPS Standard (3-7 business days).
Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Duties/Taxes: Additional charges may apply upon delivery, as determined by Canadian customs. These are NOT included in the total order cost, and are the recipient's responsibility. This Duty Calculator can be used for estimates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EXCLUDING CANADA)+
Carrier: USPS First Class Package International (7-21 business days).
Cost: Calculated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING+
Confirmation: After purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation email and shipping updates. Order can also be tracked using the Shop app.
Missing Packages: For issues with missing packages marked as delivered, please wait a few days before reaching out to us. You can also check with neighbors or at local USPS/UPS Access Points. Please note that Null Design Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNING AN IN-STOCK ITEM+
Condition: Items must be in their original condition for returns within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies if items are not returned in original condition.
Return Shipping: At the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or an order error occurred. In the rare event this happens, please contact us by emailing sales@nulldesignco.com or using the form on the Contact page.
RETURNING A GROUP BUY ITEM+

EXCHANGES+
We do not offer exchanges. Please return item (if applicable), and then once the return is accepted, place another order.
CANCELLATIONS+
Cancellations can be made as long as the item has not been shipped (unless it's a Group Buy item). Please contact us with cancellation requests.
